#1 scenario:
Required verification flag: both with waive pending
if we change employee street address1 and street address2
then it is showing Address Change Confirmation pop up for a dependent.
Not showing Approval change pop up.
still, data is going to pending queue.
after accepting data it is only replicate for an employee, not for a dependent.
#2 Scenario:
If we change Employee state Then it should be showing approval changes pop up.
But, Address Change Confirmation pop up not should not show

2.Make changes in address and apply same for depends.
