#1 scenario:
Required verification flag: both with waive pending
if we change employee street address1 and street address2
then it is showing Address Change Confirmation pop up for a dependent.
Not showing Approval change pop up.
still, data is going to pending queue.
after accepting data it is only replicate for an employee, not for a dependent.
#2 Scenario:
If we change Employee state Then it should be showing approval changes pop up.
But, Address Change Confirmation pop up not should not show

Concern : Demographic page :Approval changing pop up not showing.
Cause : Code was not handled.
Correction : Handled the code for approval popup.
Impacted Areas: Requires verification for demographics.
Affected files: EmployeeProfileModel.cs
