Hi,
The Qualifying Event: Obtain Other Coverage QE is not presenting waive button for any benefit types. Using EE login In STAGE the "Waive" Button does show using this same QE. In Pre PROD "Waive" does not show (again using EE login). For STAGE and PRE PROD Waive button does show when using Partner login. See attached print screens for more details.

Below are issue details :
Concern : Waive button is not visible.
Cause : Employee raised qualifying event "Obtain Other Coverage" , QE has event rule is set to "Event allows Only Coverage Change or Termination". Due to some code conditions "Waive" button is not visible for this event rule.
Correction : We have corrected code.
Affected Files :
Web Server [BenAdmin --> EnrollNow\EnrollNowV2LoadPlans.cshtml]
Please check after codemap deployment.
We have verified this issue on Codemap and able to waived plans for raised QE. Hence issue is fixed.
