New Layout | No link under employee field is working when we select organization chart

Login as Company Admin
Go to employee administration
Select employee
Go to global menu
Select employee
Click on organization chart
click on global menu
Try to click different links under employee field

Actual result :No link under employee field is working when we select organization chart , we are unable to log out

Expected result: We should be able to jump on different link

NOTE: Same issue is generating for Partner login, Employee Login ; also unable to logout
