As we are unable to know which partner you are logged in with by snapshot or there is no any details of logged in user mentioned in JIRA, we considered your user as logged in user.

We logged in with your partner user "deb" and went to Company level. We are able to see "Change Coverage Date" quicklink. Please refer below snapshot. Quicklink is marked in red box.

If you have this issue for some different partner user, please let us know all the details related to user. So that we can verify this issue.

Thanks for providing details that you were facing issue at employee level.

We verified configuration settings of "Deb" user in Pre production for employee level of SCAQMD company and found that "Change Coverage Date" quick link was not selected on Dashboard Configuration. Now we have selected this quick link.

Quick link appearing properly for employee level.

SCAQMD do not have ACA module ON. By default Dashboard Configuration page filters companies based on ACA and BenAdmin modules. So on page load, we show only those companies which have BenAdmin and ACA modules selected. So it might be possible that SCAQMD company missed in configuration of Change Coverage Date.

Can you please make sure this is selected for all the BCC users. It would be any partner user with a benxcel email address

We need to fetch all partners which contains bexcel in email. We need to add "Change Coverage Date" as quick link at employee level if it is missing to partner.

We have selected "Change Coverage Dates" as quick link at employee level for all BCC partners.
Please find attached excel sheet for partner details to whom "Change Coverage Dates" is selected.
