Issues with Quicklinks - Cannot see Change Coverage Dates

      Description

      I have the "Change Coverage Dates" selected in the dashboard configuration and when I preview it from the dashboard configuration I can see "change coverage dates" but when I go to the employee home page I cannot see "change coverage dates" under the quicklinks
