Expected result: Page should be open properly and accessible
Note- It works properly on production.

Concern :- Pre production - IPR - Admin - Class wise Open Enrollment Effective Date Rules - Unauthorized access
Cause :- Access of Class wise Open Enrollment Effective Date Rules was not given to admin user
Correction :- Given access of Class wise Open Enrollment Effective Date Rules was not given to admin user
