Steps:
1.Login as partner
2.Go to add/change plan design- Eligibility rule
3.Enter Invalid plan effective date and termination date(Validation message display)
4.Correct date data(Enter valid date)
Actual result: Validation message still shown after entering correct date
Expected result: Validation message should not display for correct date
