      Description

We have a strange issue going on with Liberty hospital. When an admin or partner logs into the system from inside Liberty's firewall they do not see the menu items (see below). They have tried IE, Chrome and Edge

When they log in from outside the office they see the menu items. Could this be a firewall issue?

          Hi Debbie Kulling,

Yes, this can be firewall issue.

To reproduce this issue we tried accessing site across multiple network but it's working fine at our end.

To know which request is blocked by Firewall at their end, we need browser network log. Below video will explain how to get network log of browser.

Please provide browser network logs to us so that we can debug which request is causing problem.

          Thank you,
          Vijayendra

Please see the comments from the client. Can you provide the information that is being requested

We don’t have the ability to get logs due to their lack of IT folks. Can you please identify technical requirements for this functionality in Workterra?

          Hi Debbie Kulling,

JavaScript execution is blocked in the firewall. Please inform the admin to allow java script execution.

Please schedule a call with them if further investigation is needed

          Regards,
          Samir

          Hi Debbie Kulling,

Today Jennifer Johnson reported same issue WB-520 that partner user not able to view curtain menus at employee level. We investigated this issue and found that browser size was set to 125% which causing menu to render below visible area of curtain. Once we changed browser zoom to 100%, menu shown up properly.

Can we ask client if this issue solves with browser resizing? If we select control + zero on keyboard together, browser zoom will reset to 100%.

Please update us if this solves reported issue.

          Thanks,
          Vijayendra
