The Employee spouse and child CI life plans do not require underwriting for new hires. However, the EOI form popped up: (see attached image-2018-02-23-16-41-50-907.png)
This is incorrect and does not happen in Production.
(See UI-6 as to why NF ticket was created.)

We checked above mentioned employee. Popup is system message popup not an EOI popup.
For Employee , Spouse , Child Critical Illness system messages are configured on Enroll Now form builder page for Class3 value "USA" employee.
Mentioned employee has class 3 value as "USA" , due to that system popup message is showing for employee login.
This is system behavior , please let us know if you need any more details.
