Softchoice: Continue versus Save and Continue

      Description

      It is very confusing. When I went through the add a child option, there is the option to continue or save and continue – when you click “Continue” it doesn’t save your child to your plan. I made this mistake when I went through the enrollment. Shouldn’t it save by clicking continue? May be confusing for new hires.

          Hi Christina Karnes,

          We have verified your above concern and observed the below points :-

          1] There are two buttons Continue and Save and Continue. This is due to a request in JIRA NF-3945. Please could you check this JIRA for more information.

          NOTE:- This continue is useful when a user clicks on Add Dependent button and then changes his mind to just continue without adding any dependent.

          Let us know if you need any more information on this.
