Org chart -> On Actions page Text box of action is present for Employee Login

Verified on IE 11,10,Chrome,Mozilla Firefox.
Verified for Partner Login,Admin login, Employee Login
Replications steps:
1)Login as Employee on codemap
2)Search company : UiRefresh_DC_13536
3)Go to BenAdmin -> Search employee -> Employee -> Organization chart
4)Click on expanded information box -> Click on employee name
5)Observe that acions text box is present for employee login

Expected Result : Text box of action is should not be there for Employee Login
