In Employee login and partner login, forms under Additional Forms menu can not be opened

      Description

      On Production, In Employee login, forms under Additional Forms menu can not be opened.
      This issue is observed in Partner login too. While managing employee, partner can not open forms under Additional Forms menu. This issue is produced on EBS exchange and long for hspl.
