Server error is getting display when the employee is trying to save the PIN

Company:Career Builder Demo Company
IE 11, Mozilla and Chrome browser

Steps:-
1. Login with admin
2. Go to EDS page and select show PIN as 'yes'
3. Save the EDS page
4. Go to the 'Format Confirmation statement' and save the changes
5. Login with employee (New employee created)
6. On the confirm PIN page enter the New and confirm PIN and click on save button

Expected:- The PIN should get save and employee should move to next page.

Actual:- Server error page is getting display
