Only few pages are getting display on the confirmation statement page when the employee logins

Company:Career Builder Demo Company
IE 11, Mozilla and Chrome browser

Steps:-
1. Login as Admin
2. Go to format confirmation statement page
3. Select all the pages and click on the save button
4. Login with the new employee
5. Perform the self serve mode
6. Go to the confirmation page

Expected:- All the pages should get display.

Actual:Only few pages getting display, PFA the screen shot.
