Profile page | Employee is supervisor field is misleading

Log in as partner
Select company
Search Employee
Go to employee settings
select profile page
go to employment
observe employee is supervisor field
as well as observe team size field

Actual result : Employee is supervisor field is not behaving properly as it is showing "NO" Even if employee itself is a supervisor (Team size is displaying some number)

Expected result: Employee is supervisor field should display appropriate text
