      Description

      Browser - Chrome, FF and IE 11.

      Replication Steps :
      1) Employee Login
      2) Navigate up to Beneficiary Page
      3) Select Relationship type as Trust / any relationship other than Spouse and child.

      Issue : Fields are disturb.
