Application did not keep selected Document Title under List A

Company -LONG For HSPL
Environment - Stage

Pre-requisite - I9 form in tour

Step:-
1.Login to application using employee credential
2.Complete tour
3.Log out from application
4.Login to application using partner credential
5.Click on OnBoard
6.Search employee
7.Click on employee link , it redirect to it's profile.
8.Navigate Employee > I9 Form
9.Select "An alien authorized to work" radio button.
10.In Section 2 "Arrival/Departure Record" Document title from List A (Section 2)" and fill other mandatory details
11.Click on Save.
12.Application display confirmation message.

Actual - It did not display last selected option.

Expected - It should selected Document title details under list A from Section 2
