Functional issue form builder | We are unable jump over next field when we use Tab

Browser : IE-10, IE-11,chrome,mozilla

Login as Partner
select com-pany
Go to Benadmin
click on manage form under form builder
click on add new form
Enter text in Report in English field
Use tab
Enter text

Actual Result : When we use Tab ,it doesn't jump to next field system is

allowing to over write the text

Expected Result : When we use Tab button cursor should jump to next field .
