      Description

      Verified on IE11, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome
      Verified for Partner Login
      Replication steps:
      1)Login with partner
      2)Search and select "UiRefresh_DC_13536" company
      3)BenAdmin-> Manage Form-> Form builder-> Enroll now
      4)Check for "Pop-Up Message" Rich text box is displaying incorrectly
      Please refer attached screen shot :
      Note: Same issue exists for Demographics and confirmation statement form

      Expected Result : In place of "system message" it should be "Pop up message"

      Actual Result : "Pop-Up Message" Rich text box is displaying incorrectly

            Verified on codemap

            Issue is fixed,
            Marking item state as LB QA on hold, till next action decides.
