Functional - Any company - Partner Login - Incomplete Enrollment Notification - Unable to select fields from show entry field

Login as partner
select company
Go to benadmin module
Select Notify incomplete Enrollment
Click on show entry field drop down
Select "All"
Observe the page

Actual Result : We are unable to select another field once we select all, system get stuck ,Cursor is displaying when we select 10,25,50,100.

Expected Result : System should not get stuck when we select any of the field from show Entry drop down , & also cursor should not be displayed

NOTE : When we select Notify incomplete Enrollment page does not get load quickly, it takes time

Same issue exist in Notify Incomplete Enrollment notification by Benefit
