Functional - Any company - Partner Login - Incomplete enrollment notification by benefit - Unable to select benefit types & plan Design

Login as Partner
Select company
Go to BenadminModule
Select notify incomplete enrollment by benefit
click on Benefit type
drag down the scroll bar & try to select listed benefit types

Click on plan design

Actual Result : We are unable to select benefit type & plan design ,scroll bar for benefit type is not working fine

Expected Result : We should be able to select benefit type & plan design & scroll bar for benefit types should be working fine
