TSR Integration->I-9 Form->Nothing happens after clicking on "Save & Continue" button of I-9 form

Please note - This issue is only for the employee added through application, for API employee it is working fine.

1. Add user through Application. (Local Environment)
2. Login with user and start tour traversal.
3. Click on "Save & Continue" button on I-9 form.

Actual Result:
Nothing happens after clicking on "Save & Continue" button.
Expected Result:
I-9 form should be get saved.
