TSR Integration->OB Reports->Server error is displaying for the reports.

This issue is for Local (wt-stage) environment.

1] Login to application.
2] Select Onboarding module.
3] Click on Reports link.
4] View the report which have date picker feature. (e.g. Tour Completion, Incomplete Tours etc)

Actual Result:
Server error is displaying.
Expected Result:
Server error should not be display.
