      Description

      Verified on IE 11, Google chrome,Mozilla Firefox
      Verified for Employee Login and Admin Login
      Pre-Requisites:
      Save system message and pop up message in form builder -> Demographics -> Design system Message -> Select Role as Company admin, Employee -> save the system and pop-up messages
      Replication steps:
      1)Login with Admin
      2) search and select "Career Builder Demo company" company
      3)Go to benAdmin -> Search and Select employee
      4)Go to Demographics statement
      5)Check for the System Message and pop up message is not displaying by Admin Login
      6)Same Issue exists for Employee Login also
      Expected Result : System Message and Popup message should be displayed on Demographics by employee login and Admin login
      Actual Result : System Message and pop-up message are not displaying by Admin login and Employee Login and employee Login

            Verified this issue on Azure
            Company - UiRefresh QA Test1
            Browser - Chrome, Firefox
            Login - Employee, Admin

            Issue of System message and pop up message by Admin login and Employee Login is fixed.
            But system message font is too small, I have created another jira for it, Please refer linked jira
            NF-1475

            As the main issue is fixed, marking this jira's item state as LB QA on hold
