Step:-
1.Login to application using partner credential
2.Navigate to OnBoard > Employee Administration > Manage OnBoard Status
3.Search employee
4.Move mouse hover on row and click on Assign tour
5.It open "Assign Tours" pop up
6.Select any tour and click on Assign Tour button
Actual - No tour assigned to employee
Expected - Application should assign tour

cause: Db Level previous Store procedure not inserting properly tours
Current Resolve: Store procedure changes now all checks are fine its successfully assigning tours
