Cause:message Popup is not added
resolved: Message added while sending sucessfully mail its popup with message now

We have regressed this issue on LB Company - LONG and observed that it does not exist.
As it is depend on NF-211.Hence marking LB on hold and move with NF-211.

Before regression - We set the required details in database and verified the mail.

We observed that there are two same drafts displayed in mail. We will check same scenario on Stage.
