      Description

      Steps:-
      1] Log into the codemap site using sa and W0rkterr@ credentials
      2] Search and select UiRefresh_DC_QA_13554 company.
      3] Search and edit Venky Demo Form
      4] On Design form layout add controls like Signature, Address,Listbox,Check box
      5] Now search and select any active employee for whom the form is eligible
      6] Then add some details to Signature, Address,Listbox,Check box components and click on save

      Actual Result:-
      Details are not being saved in Signature, Address,Listbox,Check box components

      Expected Result:-
      Details entered should be saved as it is
