TSR Integration->Add Employee->Error is displaying while adding employee.

Environment - Local (wt-stage)

1] Add a new employee using postman app.

Actual Result:
Employee get added we can see the entry in DB, but on UI error is displaying. Refer attached screenshot for more details.

Expected Result:
Error should not be display.
