      Description

      Null value checking [FIXED]
      On load, form getting displayed. We need to hide it and show on Add New and Edit [FIXED]
      When All is checked, and if we uncheck any name, All should get deselected [FIXED]
      Search criteria field, in case of No Match found, PopulateMetadata should not be called / it should not return anything. Currently, Yes/No is returned. [FIXED]
      Duplicate Rule Name check [FIXED]
      View Screen for Eligibility [FIXED]
      After clone pop-up does not get closed. [FIXED]
      10. Zip code eligibility not getting disabled on Edit [FIXED]

            Null value checking-- NA
            On load, form getting displayed. We need to hide it and show on Add New and Edit-Verified on pre-stage
            When All is checked, and if we uncheck any name, All should get deselected- Verified on pre-stage
