OE component should track following changes,
1. Added file to any category of learn your benefit
2. Change in name of file description
3. Deletion of files

OE component will,
1. move newly added files on stage to production.
2. Change file description on production, that is changed on stage
3. Delete file from production if it is deleted on stage
