We have verified the change for Xpress company on Local/Stage, now as expected "AllStatusRule" is getting saved for the subrates in DB.

While testing we have observe a below issue on Local/Stage:
Issue - Server error is displaying while adding a sub rate without selecting any health tier. Below is the attcahed screenshot and error log. Please let us know if this issue is due to ST-138, or it is not related.

Verify this issue on LB and azure both.

Concern: Server error is displaying while adding a sub rate without selecting any health tier.
Cause: java script issue.
Correction: code fix is done.

Due to other high priority tasks related to TSR (NF-3923 , NF-4074, NF-3156) we are not able to test this fix in this week. We will be testing it in the next week. Stage and Production deployment dates are updated accordingly.

There is no Xpress company on LB (wt-stage) to test this company except base company "Master_Xpress_12106", when we tried to add new xpress company we are facing below server error. Can you please check whether this error is related to change we have made, attached are the screenshot and error log:
