Hi Vinanti,
Due to many server errors on LB I am not to test this change. I have logged the tickets for which I am not able to test this ticket. Once those issues are fixed I will be able to test this change. At present I have verified the UI part and also adding and updating part of Effective and Termination Rules.

Tested this enhancement on LB on For QA LB Austin Ind company.
Generic Eligibility related changes for Effective Date/Termination Date Rules are working fine.
Ready for stage.

This issue is reopened from stage because of Effective Date and Termination Date rules additional criteria not working.
previously in the system we did not use the additional criteria for effective date and termination date.
According to new eligibility changes we need to change the code for additional criteria to work this.
Please let me know are we going to do code changes for this and if yes please let me know, when I can schedule this task, as this task is pending from long days.

As of now, have kept this change in Development Backlog
since we already have enrollment tasks in pipeline.
Will need to schedule it after March 2017, or in case urgent required by client.
