            Hi Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar,

            Had worked on this JIRA earlier.
            After discussion with Design team members had made optimization changes to stored procedure OES_SP_Get_EmployeeAttributeFields. Additional procedure was created to fetch options for fields with list control.
            Full fledged unit testing of this could not happen as new Invoice Management tasks got assigned.
            Following changes were done:

            Kindly take appropriate action for this JIRA.
