We have completed this activity for Prime Breakout – Alvarado Hospital Medical Center (AH) on Production, attached are the detailed steps carried out [2. Alvarado_Breakout_Plan_19Aug2016 - Completed.xlsx]. split company name is: AH

• As discussed, on Prime Healthcare – main company we have moved the employees of “Alvarado Hospital Medical Center” class to dummy classes prefixed with “zDelete ” and deactivated their logins.
• Rights assigned to all mentioned users with dashboard configuration.
• You will also need to communicate this to EDI people who are involved in file load / export for Prime companies.

Prime Companies are now accessible on production. Please review and let us know if you come across any issues.
