      SA Utility

      Steps:
      Partner login > BenAdmin > Sa Utility > Search > SSN [Few SSn complete with all 9 digits and few partial like 999 instead of 999999999]> No results

      This is applicable for all Utility Sub-Criteria and Employee and Dependent
      It should also consider space
