1. Select Plan design text should be default displayed
2. As per selection of Rate it should also be changed. If Select rate is selected, then the Plan selection should not show the Plans available for previous selection.

Suggestion 1 - It is as per existing functionality.
Suggestion 2- We have made this change. Now on default selection of Rate, Plan design dropdown previous selection will be cleared.
