SA Utility

Issue: Wrong Plan is displayed in Plan Design drop down after selecting Rate.

Steps:
SA Utility > Rate Recal > Select Rate > Plan Design drop down > Wrong Plan is displayed.

Ideally the Rate which is mapped to the plan should appear.

If consider attached screen capture scenario.

For Plan Anthem HDHP Plan rate mapped is 2017 Anthem HDHP PPo 90/10
But on SA utility plan displayed is Anthem Blue Vision, which is incorrect.
