Issue: Even Rates are selected multiple, Plan selection is single. So, even multiple plans are selected only one plan related Rate is getting Recalculated.
Steps:
Partner login > SA utility > Rate Recal > Extend and Recal > Select multiple Plans (like Medical, dental, Vision) > Now select only Medical Plan
In this case even multiple plans can be selected but Rae will be recalculated for onlyMedical Plan

Hi Vaishali Poojari,
As per discussion, we are considering Plan Design only for displaying the Plans for Rate selected. Partner can skip the Plan selection if multiple Rates are selected. So, closing jira on LB itself, considering this as system behavior.

As per discussion with Amruta, If only one plan is selected from the Plan design dropdown, then rates for the selected plan will be recalculated.This is as per existing functionality.
However, if multiple rates are selected and no plan is selected, then all the selected rates will be recalculated.
