Ability to show the pending elections (either the # of pending elections or the elections themselves) from the employee's record rather than only in the pending queue.

Would be great if they could approve the events directly from the employee's page as well.
Need to provide option from employee level to accept/reject pending items. This will help admin. As of now option is just on Pending queue screen where admin needs to search that particular employee and then can accept/reject.
