So that we do not have to create new plans every time there is a change to the rate
We can provide rates from offered amount screen along with coverage amount. If rates are changing for new year then need to build the new plans. So need to provide option as start date and end date on offered amount screen. Workaround is there as build new rates each year and user can defined coverage amount wise rates on subrate. So need more discussion on this.
