Apply term as never effective logic to the additional eligibility criteria that is built on the plan level

Admin change the eligibility and then need to terminate or allocate core plans accordingly. But system does not provide this option. Dev team do it through script or dev utility. This will reduce support tickets. We can provide option from SA utility.
