Issue: recalculate Fiscal Year with Salary for post OE is not working as expected.
Scenario
OE - ON
OE Dates: 10/15/2017 to 10/16/2017
1. Employee enrollment in plan with 01/01/2017 with salary multiple, with Salary 98000
2. Now, with QE raised on date 08/01/2017 Salary change was done Payroll page, now employee salary is 250000
3. SA Utility > REcal Fiscal Year > Salary > recalculate
4. Employee confirmation Statement
The coverage was calculated with previous salary
Expected result: Coverage should be 250000

The issue of recalculation of Age Recal is working as expected so moving jira on Stage.
The issue was non-repro so closing jira on lb itself.

As discussed, this issue is non-repro , it is working as expected i.e coverage is getting calculated as per new salary, on change of Salary on Payroll page using QE.
