New Jira ticket created for above errors ST-75. The ticket is verified and closed.

We have set up a test company on Stage - “Prime Centinella” and performed below tasks for “Centinella Hospital Medical Center” on the same.

• Backup of Prime attached on Stage with facility name i.e. Prime Centinella
• Delete all employee data, plan, rates, templates, additional forms, Landing page, date rules, OE rules other than Centinella.

Along with this we have below task to be done for which we need input from EBS.
• Delete all company administrators other than for Centinella and assign appropriate Company Admin for this company
Currently we have more than one admin assigned for same class in system and 1 admin can only be assigned to 1 company. So, can you please provide us Prime group & Company Admin mapping in attached sheet. I have listed out all existing admin & their class mapping for your reference.

Once this is done, we will be able to remove the Class1 values other than Centinella from Company classes as well.

Testing can be started on this company on Stage.

I have attached 2 excel for your inputs regarding Prime split task.

1. List of feeds on Prime Healthcare. “Phase1_Prime Feeds.xlsx”
Query: On first sheet “All feeds list” I have marked the feeds that are currently not on any schedule [company / Global level ]. Shall we ignore these feeds while moving to new company ?
On other sheets I have given details of feeds per facility for CHMC, EHMC, Garden Grove & Lower Bucks. Please review.

2. List of Company Admin’s for respective Prime facility. “Phase1_Prime Company Admin Mapping.xlsx”
Query: I am still waiting for your input on the rights to be given for respective classes to existing Company Admin’s post this split task. As per our last discussion we will need to convert few admin’s role to Partner / Broker in order to maintain their access to multiple facilities in Prime.

3. Inputs for Class 2 values to be kept on new split out companies.
Query: In our last call we had discussed that we need to remove selected Class 2 values from new group companies. I need your inputs as to which Class 2 values should we keep for below groups.
• Centinela Hospital Medical Center
• Encino Hospital Medical Center
• Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center
• Lower Bucks Hospital

We are in process of setting up these groups on Stage and provide you for testing as per below timeline. Please let me know if you need any details from me.

For these partner broker users I have created a User Access policy on Stage. Policy Name is "Test Company Admin policy".
I have created a test partner user for your reference as well. I have sent you the password for below user in a separate mail.

UserName : partnerchmc

Please review once and let me know if you need any change in this policy settings. One possible problem I see with this is the Tiles for Plan & Rates we could not hide from Partner user as it is not driven by the User Access Policy. Please let me know your comments.

Centinela is complete and has been working correctly.
