Texas Life Error for new Class

NRG was added as a new class to Optimum.  When employees in the new class try to enroll in the Texas life they are able to access the texas life system and elect the benefit but when they click "continue elections" to come back to WT they get the error below.  Can you please advise if something needs to be done to add this new class to the SSO

Please advise asap.  This groups enrollment ends tomorrow.
