2. Member Not In Coverage Table. (Affected records mentioned in excel 'MembersNotInCoverageTable-Data.xls' )
3. Duplicate Rates .
4. Duplicate Election. (PFA for affected records for Duplicate rate and duplicate election DuplicateRates_DuplicateElectionAffectedRecordsDetails.xls .)
