Hi Patrick - Per my conversation with Debbie K. today she confirmed this case is aligned to you. Dev completed a data audit and they had some findings that are attached to this ticket that need to be reviewed. Dev will be looking for direction/approval to proceed with the corrections. In this case they found duplicate rates. Thank you.

In this case they found duplicate rates. Thank you. I have reviewed the 3 employees with duplicate rates. Without access to the SA utility, I cannot tell that there are duplicate rates:
Michael Riley- Terminated 4/30.
Melissa Dowdle- Enrolled in LTD back in 2016, but EOI was declined so she never had the plan.
Stephanie Jones- Currently has STD.
How can there be duplicate rates when there is only 1 rate mapped to the plan and this has not changed since implementation? How do I correct without the SA utility?

As per the request we have shared this Data sheet (contains rate name, rate effective date, rate termination date,sub rate name )) under May's Data Audit Jira ticket WB-1426 . We have added JAN data to that sheet.
