El Dorado - missing coverage tier and effective date information on billing details report

      Description

      When I ran the March 2018 billing details report the attached enrollments had no information in the coverage tier and effective date columns. It could have to do with these being spouse only enrollments. The actual retirees are in different plans due to differences with their spouse in medicare.

      Dev can you explain why on the billing details report the coverage tier label doesn't show for enrollments for Spouse only?

            The enrollment report in WT shows coverages, but the recon billing summary report still doesn't show EE or ER cost for CT-4720.  I've asked that billing run a billing summary report on their end (as a second pair of eyes) to see if those costs are showing. 

            CT-4763 has been fixed after deploy.

            Recon billing details report was not showing EE or ER cost for CT-4720 because there was billing data integrity issue which is already logged in WB-892. For now we have corrected billing data on this company (i.e. Jafra) but it will get fixed on all companies once WB-892 gets completed.

            Please verify reports on main company and confirm.
