El Dorado - missing coverage tier and effective date information on billing details report

      Description

      When I ran the March 2018 billing details report the attached enrollments had no information in the coverage tier and effective date columns. It could have to do with these being spouse only enrollments. The actual retirees are in different plans due to differences with their spouse in medicare.

      Dev can you explain why on the billing details report the coverage tier label doesn't show for enrollments for Spouse only?

            Below are the 3C's:

            Concern: Coverage tier label doesn't show for enrollments for Spouse only
            Cause: As you mentioned all enrollments which are not showing coverage tier and effective date column information are spouse only. While processing data in a query we missed to handle this scenario for spouse only enrollments.
            Correction: To handle this problem we will require development and for this will require development approval. Please let us know the priority of this so we can take this up.

            Hi All,

            This issue will be exist on companies where spouse only enrollments are available. For now we have scanned all clients where such scenario is exist for active enrollments . Please find attached Affected_Clients_For_Plan.xls list for all affected clients with plan name.

            Please let us know if more details required.

            2. Checked Coverage_Tier_Label & Effective Date column values with & without coverage related fields (i.e. AppliedCoverages, ApprovedCoverages, EnrollmentCoverageCount, ApprovedCoverageAmount, etc.)
            3. Checked reports with and without select Coverage_Tier_Label & Effective Date column fields
            4. Verified Preview and Save functionality

            Hi Amruta Lohiya,

            While testing this issue on Pre-stage the system is displaying blank Coverage Tier Label for Spouse Only Enrollments. I have also tried this by adding a health tier label on that company but the billing details report still displays blank value for Coverage Tier Label. This issue when tested on LB was working fine as expected but now on LB also it is not working as per expectation.

            I have linked another ticket to this WB.  Looks like all of the reports are having the same issue.  Please note, CT-4720 is for a different company.  If you want me to create a separate WB please let me know.

            Below are updates :

            1. We were not sure about the type of report (Enrollment/Billing) and customization details(Date range, plans etc). We went through CT-4763 JIRA and assumed the report that client requires might be 'Life Premium-All Plans' named template saved for enrollment report. We corrected script in El Camino HSPL copy and pulled the same report without any customization change. See the attached file Life Premium-All PlansLife Premium-All Plans37306_5247.zip. Will be sending password in separate mail.

            2. We have provided rights for El Camino Hospital for HSPL to you and Tiquanna so that you can pull other required report if above was not correct.

            3. Please note that the code fix for this will be deployed on production by tomorrow(5/8) and the same is deployed on Pre Prod today.

            4. The ticket CT-4720 linked to this ticket is not related to issue here. CT-4720 is related to WB-892.

            The enrollment report in WT shows coverages, but the recon billing summary report still doesn't show EE or ER cost for CT-4720.  I've asked that billing run a billing summary report on their end (as a second pair of eyes) to see if those costs are showing. 

            CT-4763 has been fixed after deploy.

            Recon billing details report was not showing EE or ER cost for CT-4720 because there was billing data integrity issue which is already logged in WB-892. For now we have corrected billing data on this company (i.e. Jafra) but it will get fixed on all companies once WB-892 gets completed.

            Please verify reports on main company and confirm.
