          Hi Cindy Wibbing,

          Please find below details.

          Concern: Manual Import - Receiving a Import Failed when loading a manual file

          Cause: The column wise import logic is deployed on production in Ui-Refresh build. The template _1_1Workterra Standard Employee Load New Hires is referring to column wise logic because of improper setting. Ideally it should refer to demographic import. This caused import failure.

          Before Ui-Refresh build this column wise logic was't on production. That is why template was importing data properly.

          Correction: As this setting is visible only for Paycheck data, so we have corrected setting from back end. Now you can import file on main company.

          We also scanned all companies for such improper setting and corrected them. Please find attached list Template Details.xls of template details and let us know if any other details need.
